My first born. He has been my rock. He kept me going when we lost our little Christian. He is full of attitude and spunk. He is incredibly smart and such a handsome young fella. He is everything I was not at his age. I am grateful that he has stayed out of trouble. 17! I am so excited to see what the future holds for him!

This little girl is a strong, brave, sweet, curious and bossy one. She brought us sunshine and I know that her big brother Christian lives on in her. She tells us all the time, every day, “My Christian lives in my heart. It would be really nice if I could take him out of my heart and hold him in my arms.” Yes, the tears pour out every time she says that.
I don't think that I know anyone that doesn't like Cheesecake. I will be making baked and no-bake cheesecakes along with flavored cheesecakes and cheesecake bites!
MMMM Wine and Cheese. Maybe a nice picnic, wine and a nice charcuterie platter. This would make the perfect day with a bunch of friends.

Last Year Scarlette dressed up as Poppy from Trolls and participated in the Cheese Day Parade! She was so cute!!

I won't get a chance to take very many pictures this day. Joey has an appt with an ortho doctor for his scoliosis. But I will try to get some after while we are in Seattle.
Joey is looking forward to sleeping in, practicing his magic, painting his models (WarHammer / MTG) and not doing anything. The rest of us are looking forward to summer days and exploring new places and getting outside!

What are your favorite donut flavors? I love fritters. Scarlette loves any with chocolate and candy on top. Joey loves maple and bacon. Ryon is also fritters and chocolate.
On this day, we are going to get super creative. We are in the process of building garden beds. We will paint bug rocks and make hand print flower labels! Pictures to come! What are you doing for National Creativity Day?
In memory of my Braddah bear Kalani, I am going to make Hawaiian burgers. He made the most amazing Teriyaki burgers. Mine will never match up to his but I am going to give it a shot!
